For nearly two decades, Zenaida has provided compassionate, reliable care to her clients. As a superstar caregiver, she has built meaningful relationships with the people she serves and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure her clients feel safe, respected, and supported in their homes.

When asked what has kept her with Assured In Home Care for so long, her answer was simple: the people.

Zenaida shared that her manager, Gabby, has been a big reason she has stayed with the company for so many years. Feeling supported and appreciated in the workplace has helped her continue doing what she loves most… caring for others. That kind of dedication is exactly what we value in every superstar caregiver on our team.

When it comes to what makes a great caregiver, Zenaida believes the most important qualities are compassion, patience, and providing good care. These values guide her work each day with the clients she serves and are the same qualities that define a superstar caregiver.
“The patients appreciate all my care,” she said. “I am very happy with them.”

Zenaida also had advice for anyone considering a career in caregiving: be honest, show respect, and always be patient.
