Carla and her team helped my 88 year old dad after a fall that resulted in his inability to walk or care for himself.  All care takers where truly compassionate and engaged with my dad and gave my mom the much needed support during this trying time.  They assisted my dad with his physical therapy exercises and after 3 months he is was able to walk independently again and has regained his strength. Thinking about finding a caregiver to care for our mother was a daunting task until a friend of mine shared Assured with me. My friends mother Linda is at Irvine Cottages and they are so impressed with the care she is receiving. My friend said that Assured is the same owners as Irvine Cottages and they give exceptional service and their caregivers are wonderful too! I called Carla and she was fantastic and helped me immediately. My mother loved her caregivers Naomi, Sara and David. What would we have done without them!!! When you find yourself in need of in-home care, Assured is certainly the company to call.  Both of my aging parents were in need of assistance at home so we reached out to Assured for help.  Assured is responsive, prompt, and 100% accommodating of our needs.  Carla has a way with clients that makes them totally at ease and comfortable with the process and is very in tune with her clients to know which caregivers are the “best fit”. This company certainly lives up to its name!! Before going to a board and care, I used Assured InHome Care for my mother. They were very accommodating. My mom can be very picky but Assured always managed to provide a caregiver that she liked. The company also was 100% responsive, even when I needed a caregiver last minute! Carla and her staff are very sensitive to your needs and do whatever they can to make you and your loved one happy. My father suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm which led a stroke. He was unable to speak or write, and he had trouble walking. He was 55. We were truly blessed when we found Carla and Assured InHome Care. My father needed someone dedicated and knowledgeable and caring. They were able to place a longtime caregiver, Daniel, with our family. His dedication and daily exercises, both physical and lingual, helped my father recover with wonderful speed and success. My father is now fully recovered. My family and I truly believe it was through Assured and Daniel that we were able to get such wonderful caregiving, and get my father back to living..
