About our Caregivers
At Assured In-Home Care, we specialize in providing licensed, experienced caregivers who are committed to long-term, compassionate home care. We carefully match each caregiver with your loved one based on their needs, personality, and preferences to build trust, ensure safety, and promote meaningful companionship.
Our caregivers support clients with consistency, accountability, and reliability—reducing confusion and enhancing peace of mind for families. We continually educate and train our team in senior home care practices, with a strong focus on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and more.
Beyond physical support, our caregivers provide emotional and mental encouragement. As older adults face challenges with daily tasks, our home care professionals offer the respectful assistance needed to help your loved one remain safe, comfortable, and confident at home.
Engaged, Protected, and Personally Matched Home Care

We also take caregiver qualifications and safety seriously. Before entering a client’s home, every caregiver must pass a comprehensive Department of Justice criminal background check, a DMV record review, and verify current car insurance. Each caregiver is state licensed, bonded, and fully covered by workers’ compensation, liability insurance, and all Wage Order 15 and PAGA requirements. This full protection removes liability from the family—something nursing registries and independent contractors often do not offer.
