Ms. Rodriguez brings 33 years of medical experience to the Assured team. She was raised in Compton California, graduated from High school in 1989, continued her education at Compton Community College in 1991, where she majored in Computer Science. While attending college, Ms. Rodriguez began working for a home health agency as a receptionist and advanced to medical billing administrator. She brings her vast experience and knowledge in Home Health, In-Home Care, Hospitals and Medical Administration to Assured In Home Care as the Director of Client Services for Los Angeles County. Ms. Rodriguez most enjoys working with Assured’s clients to bring them peace of mind, comfort and support while caring for their loved one.

All care takers where truly compassionate and engaged with my dad and gave my mom the much needed support during this trying time. They assisted my dad with his physical therapy exercises and after 3 months he is was able to walk independently again and has regained his strength. We interviewed other larger home-care companies and right away realized that bigger is not better. I highly trust Carla and her team. - Bridget

My friends mother Linda is at Irvine Cottages and they are so impressed with the care she is receiving. My friend said that Assured is the same owners as Irvine Cottages and they give exceptional service and their caregivers are wonderful too! My mom can be very picky but Assured always managed to provide a caregiver that she liked. The company also was 100% responsive, even when I needed a caregiver last minute! Carla and her staff are very sensitive to your needs and do whatever they can to make you and your loved one happy. They definitely deserve 5 stars for being a company that gives 5-star customer service.

We were truly blessed when we found Carla and Assured InHome Care. My father needed someone dedicated and knowledgeable and caring. They were able to place a longtime caregiver, Daniel, with our family. His dedication and daily exercises, both physical and lingual, helped my father recover with wonderful speed and success. My father is now fully recovered. My family and I truly believe it was through Assured and Daniel that we were able to get such wonderful caregiving, and get my father back to living..
